2. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present our jewelry accurately, including product descriptions, materials, photographs and dimensions.

Our collections include stainless steel jewelry with PVD gold plating, as specified on individual product pages.

Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Minor visual differences do not affect your statutory rights where goods fail to match their description or applicable quality requirements.

3. Jewelry Materials and Wear

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear.

Descriptions such as water-resistant and tarnish-resistant refer to the intended properties of the materials and finishes and do not constitute a guarantee against all forms of wear or damage.

Product longevity may depend on individual usage, care, environmental exposure and contact with chemicals.

Specific product representations and applicable legal guarantees remain binding.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and offer a lawful resolution, including a refund where appropriate.

5. Orders and Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud or a material listing error, subject to applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cannot fulfill, we will arrange a refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

At launch, The Sunlight Edit delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Delivery arrangements remain subject to applicable consumer rights and our obligations as the seller.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.

8. Intellectual Property

All original branding, product photography, website content, designs, logos and other intellectual property belonging to The Sunlight Edit are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, fraudulent transactions, interference with website security or infringement of intellectual property rights.

The version applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the customer.
