At The Sunlight Edit, we believe every piece should feel just right. If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 14-calendar-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a voluntary return:

Jewelry must be unworn, unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging and included accessories must be returned.
Proof of purchase or an order number must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at christelle@thesunlightedit.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery and providing photographs where possible, so we can investigate promptly.

This recommended notification period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Where required by applicable UAE law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Items Not Eligible for Voluntary Returns

We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

Jewelry showing signs of wear, misuse or customer-caused damage.
Items altered or personalized specifically for the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Items returned outside the 14-day voluntary return period.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us to discuss availability.

For change-of-mind exchanges, we may ask you to return your original item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of approval, subject to payment-provider processing times.

Where required by law, applicable original delivery charges will also be refunded.
